Browsing the site

There is no account to create and no sign-in. The site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics and uses no advertising trackers, and it saves nothing in your browser's storage.

Like any website, the service that hosts these pages processes the technical details of each request, such as your IP address, your browser and the page asked for, to deliver the page and keep the site running.

Wowhead tooltips

Some boosting pages link to Wowhead and load its tooltip script, so you can hover a mount or an item and see its details. On those pages your browser contacts Wowhead's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details under Wowhead's own privacy policy.

Choosing an offer

When you continue to a seller, the realm, faction and amount you picked travel with you in the link, so you do not have to enter them again. From that moment you are on the seller's site.

Everything you give at checkout, such as your email, the character name and your payment, goes to the seller and is handled under the seller's privacy policy. We do not receive your payment details.

Writing to us

If you write to [email: support email], we receive your email address and whatever your message contains. We use it only to answer you and keep the conversation for as long as the question is open and for a reasonable time afterwards.

Never requested

Your Battle.net login, password, authenticator codes or recovery answers. No part of this site needs them.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted by writing to [email: support email]. We answer within one month.
