Refunds and Delivery
What to expect from delivery and where to turn when something goes wrong. Last updated October 16, 2026.
Who handles refunds
Every order on this site is placed and paid on the seller's own site, so the seller who took your payment is the one who issues a refund, under the refund policy shown at their checkout. Read it before you pay.
Delivery times
Each gold offer shows the delivery time its seller posts, and boosting services show what the seller lists for them. These are the sellers' estimates, not promises of a particular minute; large orders often arrive in several hand-offs.
When something has not arrived
- Check the details
- The character name, realm and faction in your order, and your in-game mailbox.
- Contact the seller
- Use the order page or chat on the seller's site; that is where delivery is tracked.
- Write to us
- If you cannot reach the seller, email [email: support email] with the order number, the email used at checkout and what has arrived so far, and we will help you get in touch.
When a refund is unlikely
- Gold sent as instructed
- Gold delivered to the character, realm and faction you named cannot be taken back, even if a detail turns out to be wrong.
- A change of mind after delivery
- In-game gold and a finished boost cannot be returned once they reach your character.
- Action on your game account
- Measures Blizzard takes against an account are outside the seller's delivery and outside our control.
