Terms of Use
How Emberkeep works and what you agree to when you use it. Last updated October 16, 2026.
Who runs this site
Emberkeep is run by [legal-name: legal entity], a company registered in [country: country of registration], with its registered office at [address: registered address]. In these terms, "we" means that company and "you" means anyone who uses the site.
By using the site you accept these terms in the version published on the day you use it.
What the site does
The site lists World of Warcraft gold offers for US realms and a catalog of boosting services for the current season, with the price, stock and delivery time each one carries.
Offers and services are fulfilled by independent sellers. When you choose one and continue to checkout, you move to the seller's site, where the order is placed and paid and where the seller's own terms apply to it. The site never takes card details or payments itself.
Prices and availability
Prices, stock and delivery times come from the sellers' catalogs. We read them each time the site is rebuilt and refresh them on the page, but a figure can change between your visit and checkout. The amount shown at the seller's checkout is the one you pay.
When nobody offers a realm or a service, the page says not on sale right now. Nothing on the site is a promise that a given offer will still exist when you reach checkout.
What you give the seller
A gold order needs the character that receives the gold, its realm and its faction. A boosting order needs whatever the seller lists for that service at checkout. Check the spelling before you confirm: gold delivered to the character you named cannot be pulled back.
No order on this site needs your Battle.net password or authenticator code, and nobody acting for us will ask for them.
Game rules
Blizzard Entertainment's End User License Agreement does not allow trading in-game currency or services for real money. Whether to order is your decision, and so is the risk that comes with it. We have no say in how Blizzard applies its rules and cannot act on your behalf with Blizzard.
World of Warcraft and the names of its realms, items and characters are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment. This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard.
Other sites
The site links to sellers' sites and to Wowhead for item and mount details. Those sites are run by others, under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or for what happens on them.
Our responsibility
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and fix errors once we find them, but we provide the site as it is and cannot guarantee that every figure is correct at every moment.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost play time or in-game progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of [country: country of registration]. If you use the site as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live still apply to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows the current version; the version in force on the day you use the site is the one that applies.
