Starcursed Voidstrider Boost and Void Elf Unlock
One Starcursed Voidstrider boost, two unlocks: the shadow-touched strider and the Void Elf allied race on your account. Both come from the void elf recruitment, added for the Alliance in Legion patch 7.3.5. The story travels from Stormwind to the Ghostlands and finishes in the Telogrus Rift scenario.

Two rewards from one Starcursed Voidstrider carry
The mount is only half of it. Recruiting the void elves also lets you create void elf characters from then on, and our order covers both. The journal calls the strider a symbol of the elves' resolve to put the power of the Void to work for the Alliance, and it is the mount that marks the day they join.
How the recruitment unfolds
Stormwind and the Ghostlands
Aysa Cloudsinger in Stormwind starts things off with a quest called The Ghostlands. Alleria Windrunner then brings you to that zone, where the story of the exiled elves plays out.
Telogrus Rift
The final chapter is a scenario on Telogrus Rift, the void elves' home inside the Void. Complete it, report back to Aysa Cloudsinger, and the Starcursed Voidstrider is yours.
What your character needs
Level 40 on any Alliance character, nothing more. Patch 10.1.5 retired the old gate, Exalted with the Argussian Reach plus the achievement You Are Now Prepared!, and the recruitment now only has to be done once per account. Every quest and requirement along the way is handled by our boosters.

Which part of the void elf story gives the Starcursed Voidstrider?
The very end of the recruitment. Its last step is the Telogrus Rift scenario, and turning that in rewards the mount.

Aysa Cloudsinger in Stormwind, with The Ghostlands.
Is Argussian Reach reputation still a requirement?
No. That requirement went away in patch 10.1.5; level 40 on an Alliance character is enough.
Will I be able to create void elves afterwards?
Yes. The order unlocks the Void Elf allied race on your account.
Can Horde characters get the Voidstrider?
No, it is an Alliance mount.
