In a keystone the gear comes in the chest at the end of the run, and which items drop is random.
What a key in Temple of Sethraliss gives at each level: the chest at the end of the run and the weekly Great Vault. The item levels are the same in every dungeon of the rotation.

+30%The other dungeons in the rotation list one ring at most. The temple lists two: the Jade Ophidian Band from Merektha and the Charged Sandstone Band from Galvazzt. It adds three trinkets as well: Sethraliss' Defiled Relic from the Avatar, Merektha's Fang, and the Tiny Electromental in a Jar that Galvazzt carries. For a character with weak jewelry, naming this dungeon at checkout is the way to aim at those pieces, although a keystone's single end chest still decides what actually drops. From +10 up, the end chest and the Great Vault reach the season's top Mythic+ item level, so a key of +10 or higher is the one to ask for when jewelry is the goal.
Centuries ago Sethraliss, a mighty snake loa, sacrificed herself to keep Mythrax from releasing his master on Azeroth. Her followers moved what was left of her and put a temple up around it, hoping she would rise again. Now something dark stirs inside and wants to use her power for its own designs. Four encounters lead through it: first the pair Adderis and Aspix, then Merektha, then Galvazzt, and last the Avatar of Sethraliss.
The temple's clock is as long as Den of Nalorakk's, though the temple has one more boss to clear in that time. Like every dungeon timer, it stays the same whatever the key level. Finishing inside it moves the keystone up a level, and the quicker marks move it two or three; on a key of +10 or more, an in-time finish also completes Keystone Hero: Temple of Sethraliss and gives you a teleport there. That achievement stands apart from the 2,500-rating season title we sell as the Keystone Hero carry.
To book the temple itself, pick Specific Key at checkout and choose Temple of Sethraliss. The surcharge is a percentage of the key, and the price table above shows a temple key at every level. A random key costs less and may land in any of the eight dungeons. For top gear without caring where, the Mythic +10 boost does the job, and Kings' Rest is the season's other Battle for Azeroth dungeon.
Four. The twin fight Adderis and Aspix opens the temple, Merektha and Galvazzt follow, and the Avatar of Sethraliss is the last boss you face.
Battle for Azeroth. It is one of two dungeons from that expansion in this season's rotation, the other being Kings' Rest.
Two are listed: the Jade Ophidian Band from Merektha and the Charged Sandstone Band from Galvazzt. In a key they come from the end chest, so neither is guaranteed.
Beat the timer at Mythic +10 or above. That completes Keystone Hero: Temple of Sethraliss, and the teleport comes with it.
No. Whatever the key level, the clock stays as it is, and only the enemies grow tougher. The table above shows the timer and its two faster marks.
